Ravenhome is full of life tonight. Everyone is well aware that with the coming winter, the days will soon grow shorter and the nights will soon grow colder. But in rebellion of the coming darkness, Ravenhome hosts a yearly festival, one that brings together the people of the village alongside travelers from other towns and even the hermits that live in the mountains. For today, a fire shines against the shadows. Today is the Harvest Festival!
It’s a time of merriment. A time for candied apples and dancing around bonfires and even a friendly scare or two. But although this festival is open to everyone, a horrifying presence has snuck in unannounced. And it threatens to take the lives of those who stray too far from the bonfire’s glow.
